CAC and MDT development

CACar conducts data-driven research on the efficiency of the statewide CAC network and MDT Program. This research creates in a blueprint for potential additional CAC and MDT development, increasing capacity to serve all children effectively.

Training

CACar provides ongoing and specialized training and support to CAC and MDT professionals statewide.

Quality assurance standards, best practices and policies

CACar improves standards of care through its statewide committees' comprehensive evaluation of the direct services within the CAC network, focused on defining services, streamlining workflow, and standardizing data entry to enhance efficiency, accuracy and outcomes.

Sustainablility

CACar provides  Roadmapping, or strategic planning, CACs across the state. This process helps identify three-year organizational goals and creates sound strategies to achieve those goals.

CACar provides essential support for the development, growth, and sustainability of CACs and MDTs across Arkansas.

Our efforts also include:

  • Statewide Advocacy & Funding  - A unified voice promoting policies, legislative initiatives, and grant opportunities to strengthen CACs and child protection efforts.

  • Case Tracking & Technical Assistance  for both CACs and MDTs- Access to  statewide case and investigation tracking system, Collaborate, with expert support.

  • Training & Peer Support- Specialized training, mentorship, peer review, and statewide committees to enhance skills and collaboration.

  • Public Awareness & Outreach - Statewide campaigns, educational materials, and fundraising initiatives to support abused and neglected children.
